To start-off students will have to team-up in groups of four. After completing the necessary registration, they will be provided a list of projects from which these teams need to bid for 3 most favorable projects of their liking. After all the teams have bidded for their project, each team will be interview by the panel of evaluators to assess whether they are compatible for the projects they have chosen. These evaluation will be done on past GPAs, their 2rd year project grade, The general knowledge they possess on the technologies which are used in the projects likewise. After this evaluations have concluded the teams will be provided with the best project out of the 3 chosen.
Next step for these now is to prepare a project proposal for the project they have been given. To do so the teams will have to meet with their respective project clients for requirement gathering/analysis. Next to team will have to present the information they have gather as a 'Project proposal presentation' where they will show the evaluation panel, the overall idea of the project, How it will be carried out, and the end result.
After the conclusion of this the teams can finally commence their work on the project itself.
During the course of 1 year, these teams will be continuously evaluated will
- 4 Iteration Presentations - where the progress of the project will be presented
- 2 Release Presentations - where the final products of the project will be presented
- An individual Viva session - where choose students will be individual evaluated to identify the work they have done in the course of module.
